• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication details when you sign in via Google.
• Support Requests: Information you share when contacting customer support.

(b) Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system, app version, and unique identifiers (for performance and security).
• Usage Data: App interactions, error logs, connection events, and feature usage statistics (used to improve reliability).

(c) Bluetooth and Device Connectivity

• Bluetooth Access: We use Bluetooth to detect, connect, and communicate with Eleven11 smart products nearby.
• We do not use Bluetooth for location tracking or to scan unrelated nearby devices.
• On older Android versions, limited location access may be required for Bluetooth scanning. This access is used only for device pairing, not for tracking or storing your location.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to:

• Authenticate and manage user accounts
• Connect and control Eleven11 smart products via Bluetooth
• Send 11:11 notifications (optional feature)
• Improve performance, fix issues, and enhance the user experience
• Communicate important service updates
• Comply with applicable laws and protect against misuse or fraud

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
